

Danielle Fairlee helps clients tell their stories via the print, broadcast and social media in Los Angeles and beyond. With a background in print journalism, Danielle is a sought-after public relations practitioner known for bringing strong writing and editing skills to projects for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Her current and previous clients include Majestic Realty Co., Southern California Edison, The Home Depot and Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. She has also worked with the trend-setting jewelry line, Julieri, at high-profile events like the “EXTRA! Emmy Style Lounge.”
Recently, Danielle led a media relations campaign on behalf of Los Angeles’ franchised taxicab companies to promote free H1N1 flu vaccines for taxi drivers. The widely covered effort was praised as being a frontline defense against the spread of the deadly flu virus. She also assisted with PR for Airbus when the aerospace company recently announced it was doubling its manufacturing dollars in California.
With Santa Monica-based Nakatomi & Associates, Danielle’s work has included campaigns to raise awareness about important social issues, including family reunification for children in foster care, teen dating violence prevention, and cervical cancer prevention and detection. She has also directed regional public relations campaigns to promote programs for at-risk youth and financial literacy for girls. Her passion is supporting arts education and she provides pro bono services to several Los Angeles-based youth theatre organizations, including the highly regarded Teenage Drama Workshop at California State University, Northridge.
Previously, Danielle directed the media relations department as an Account Executive at Cerrell Associates Inc., the largest independently owned PR firm in Los Angeles. Today, she chairs the school board of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Elementary School and is an active volunteer at Chaminade College Preparatory High School, both located in West Hills, CA. Danielle holds a BA in print journalism and political science from the University of Southern California. She and her husband, a film editor and voiceover artist, reside in Los Angeles with their twin sons.
