Visual productions at Nakatomi & Associates range from documentaries to short videos not only for our clients but also on compelling issues and subjects we care about. Debra Nakatomi's unexpected journey as documentary producer began when she and producing partner Dianne Fukami sought out to tell the stories of survivors of the tragic triple disaster of earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster in the Tohoku region of Japan in March 2011. This led to the award-winning PBS documentary "Stories From Tohoku" and paved the way for the upcoming documentary "All-American: The Legacy of Norman Y. Mineta," currently in production.
